Terms of Use – Sentinelboard

Sentinelboard provides monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and related infrastructure observability tools. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability.

3. Accounts and Access

• An account is required to use most features of the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security breach.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, systems, or networks.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems.

5. Customer Data

• You retain ownership of any data, metrics, logs, or content you submit to the Service ("Customer Data").
• You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process and store Customer Data solely to operate and improve the Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SENTINELBOARD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sentinelboard and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service,
• Your Customer Data,
• Your violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sentinelboard is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
